Our Story
Jessica M. Loya is the CEO and Founder of Loya Strategies LLC, a Latina-owned consulting firm she launched in 2021 to support community-driven solutions to climate and environmental challenges. Through her work with foundations, nonprofits, corporations, and government entities, Jessica advances strategies that foster thriving economies while centering equity and community prosperity.
A longtime advocate for environmental and climate justice, Jessica brings over a decade of experience in public policy, coalition building, and strategic engagement. She most recently served in the Biden-Harris Administration as Deputy Associate Administrator for Public Engagement and Environmental Education at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, where she led efforts to increase transparency and access for historically overburdened communities.
